Fantage Update~Admin Items

I know this post is late..but here the admin items updates! (And there has been a post circulating that is blowing up my inbox..)

Since two admins are retiring/not working at Fantage anymore, they are giving away the admins' "stuff" because apparently they have thousands of copies of the same items.

If you are a premium member, you can also get a free trading card pack. And there are also warrior costumes...

Apparently, when you buy the admin items via the "Buy All" button, you can get a cool sign for your backyard! Wait..those don't exist.. front yard!



I don't know..maybe you don't get a free sign..anyone tried?

I have seen a post that has some hate for the item, but buying the brown BB hair could bring you a profit when you sell it at the Trade & Sell in 1-6 months(the longer, the more you can sell it for). If the blonde BB hair is one of the most wanted hair on Fantage, what person in their right mind would sell it?If I had it, I probably would sell it for 100,000 ecoins. x)

By the way..can anyone tell me how rare is the cool cat outift?

Page Rage, Drop Down Deals, and Others..

Some of you may have heard of Page Rage, right? If you haven't, to put in simple terms, it allows you to customize the skin for our Facebook profile BUT people who do not have Page Rage cannot see the customization.

Those programs similar to Page Rage, Drop Down Deals, and SweetIM should be considered adware.

Page Rage, as well as many other programs created by its developer;plus similar software, uses ads to stay free. However, these ads are intrusive, and the program itself is hard to remove.

The ads from Page Rage can block or move Facebook ads to the bottom of the page, which is interfering with Facebook's ability to earn money. Page Rage ads are also excessive, appearing on all over your browser, and the sites on which the ads are on do not receive any commission.

I had installed Drop Down Deals for an offer on Gifthulk, and it was a lot of work to remove the program and undo the changes it did to my browser. I had uninstalled it since, but a year afterwards, I had installed SUPERAntiSpyware (long story as to why) and ran a scan, and SUPERAntiSpyware came up with Drop Down Deals..meaning a portion of it was still on my computer.

Even though security suites like McAfee does not call these programs malware, they can still be adware...

YES! I REMEMBER..

Last night I finally remembered the other thing that I now hate..

Yahoo!'s search engine.

It freaking hijacked all of the browsers on all the accounts..mainly because my sister was running an installer and she couldn't quite grasp what is optional to install and what is not..So Britney probably ended up installing every advertised program in that installer..>.<

Why does most adware/badware use Yahoo or Ask search engine? WHY IS IT NEVER GOOGLE...

Google's just awesome like that..also Bing..

Okay everybody its the time you have all been waiting for!! Recolor a picture all by yourself. It could be any picture you want as long as it is kid-friendly. You all know what I mean by that right? There would on be ONE winner. The winner would get a banner of their website on the side and I would follow their blog or twitter. Send your picture to my email: britneyfanatge@gmail.com.

Here are the rules:

• No nudity


• No swear words


• No copying


• Must use your own picture


• Picture can’t be from a search engine(goggle, bing, yahoo,etc.)


• Must be kid friendly


• Include your name in the picture/email


• Have your email when you send me it, so I can tell you if you won.


• Do not spam my mail or I will mentally kill you over & over again.  (We all have mentally killed someone).

It seems like a lot of rules, but it’s just the simple rules and some might be repetitive, so yea…. Follow them still! 

Remember, you could still suggest a prize BEFORE I pick a winner. I’m not sure when I would end the contest, but I will be sure to post when I would and put it in this post.

OMFG..Okay..I Offically Hate You..

Okay, there was 2 things that I was going to put here, but I forgot one of the things that I hated, so I threw in a few other things to make up for it..

1. Hackers

3. Some aspects of the Chinese government


4. Chinese military

No offense to hackers, Chinese hackers, anyone Chinese, their government, or their military.

Apparently, these Chinese hackers(that were MOST LIKELY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT) hacked into Wall Street Journal and New York Times, and tried to do the same with Bloomberg, but luckily they failed miserably, and I hope they freaking die a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY PAINFUL FUCKING DEATH WITH NO BURIAL GROUND OR ANYONE TO PRAY/WHATEVER TO THEM..<--Yes, I admit I overreacted in that last sentence..but what I said is true.

I hope the Chinese government fail at trying to keep their reputation good(assuming that they are corrupted). Oh please Zeus, God, Allah, or..hmm..I don't know..something else..Abraham? President Lincoln maybe..? Andrew Jackson works too.. fulfill my wish without a fee >:3 (assuming they are all guilty)

And for Twitter, I did notice that I got phishing links, but luckily Firefox was there to save me, so when I continued to get the link, I reported it, and now I am CHECKING THE FREAKING URL OF EVERY DAMN LINK I GET SO I DON'T FALL FOR A PHISHING SCAM..

^The Twitter thing is completely random..I know..x)

I am really big on Internet security.. I make sure that I have everything updated, I run a malware scan daily, I use a firewall..all that good stuff..

Okay..

Did you know? NEVER rely on news said on Fox News and WeeklyWorldNews.com. The news on Weekly World News is completely fake, and unless you plan on being worried about nothing, you can't rely on Weekly World News. For example, they said that Facebook would end on January 19, 2013, but IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I bet they posted some "excuse" as to why it didn't happen. Like what they did about the world ending on 12/21/12.

Hadn't Updated In a While..

Sorry for not posting this week..I was sucked into the realm of Linux..to put more specifically, Ubuntu 12.10.
